When will I be billed?
- You will be billed on the same day you initially subscribed. To check your account details, visit the Stripe Customer Portal [linked here].
How do I cancel my subscription?
- Cancel your subscription anytime using the Stripe Customer Portal [Linked Here]
How do I change my address, billing and other information?
- You can change all your info if needed on the Customer Portal [Linked Here]
When will I receive my mail?
- Mail will be send out between the first and second week of the month, so you can expect your mail to arrive in 7-14 business days if you are in the USA, and 21 business days if you are international.
Can I track my mail?
- Mailers are sent with standard USPS stamps, so tracking is not available.
I haven't received my mail and it's past the allotted time to wait. What do I do?
- Check to see if you made the cut off date for your subscription. Customers must join by the last day of the month to receive the following month’s mailer.
Example: If you subscribe on January 2, your first mailer will be the February edition, which ships out during the second week of February.
